Divorce Papers (courtesy of Radar Online)

Here they are:

It says they have lived in AZ for "more than 90 days". I don't think that is accurate, but if Bryan doesn't contest it (since he is also in AZ) I don't think it is a problem. It would be ridiculous to file in Florida since they no longer have a residence there.

In a nutshell, she is requesting sole custody of the kids and child support with no spousal support. Good thinking, Jenny, because you KNOW Bryan would request SHE pay HIM. He has no shame. Stay strong, Jenny.

And here is the article from Radar Online.

Raising Sextuplets reality TV couple Bryan Masche and his wife Jennifer have officially split up, and RadarOnline.com has obtained the petition for legal separation filed with the Yavapai County Superior Court.

According to the petition dated September 17, Jennifer - who married Bryan on December 31, 2003 in Lake Havasu City, Arizona -- is requesting to live separate and apart, as part of her court bid to grant an order of legal separation.

There are six minor children born in themarriage, aged 3, and Jennifer is seeking both sole legal custody and primary physical custody of the kids with reasonable visitation for Bryan.

Jennifer also states in the petition she is not now pregnant.

In addition, Jennifer is asking for child support but is requesting an order from the court determining that neither party pay spousal support to the other.

She is also asking for equitable division of certain joint, community and other property and debt and that each party pay for their own attorney fees.

By way of Arizona law, both Jennifer and Bryan must attend and complete a Parent Education Program. Failure to do so may result in Contempt of Court.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Jennifer filed for legal separation from her husband just over two weeks after he was arrested in Arizona following a family bust-up during which he allegedly shouted profanities at his wife and threatened to "flatten" his father-in-law.

Masche exclusively told RadarOnline.com that he was "not a criminal" but his wife has decided to call it quits on their relationship.

He had been charged with two counts of disorderly conduct for domestic violence, one count resisting arrest and one count threatening domestic violence.

  1. Filing for legal separation indicates Jenny still hasn't made up her mind. I don't condemn her for this, I just think she's wasting her time dragging this out since it's very unlikely Bryan will overcome his problems anytime soon.

  2. It doesn't necessarily mean that she "hasn't made up her mind". It means it STOPS any of Bryan's debts from going under Jenny's name or credit, and they are now separate entities regarding purchases as well. I believe AZ is a community property state, so if Bryan decides to drag out the divorce, a legal separation doesn't hold Jenny hostage financially to Bryan's whims.

  3. Bryan is certainly holding his cards close to his vest right now. What happened to the public statement that would surprise most?

The impending divorce is not surprising to me at all. (only that it took Jenny so long to file)

  4. Why did she file for seperation and not divorce? Do you have to legally seperate in AZ before a divorce?
Also FL might not be an option for divorce. Jenny moved there in Jan 2010. They never owned a home and we do not know how long they lived there? Certainly not one year, at most 7-8 months? I know some states have 6-12 montha residency requirement before you can call it your home state. This happened to me when I got divorced. We had moved to another state 3 months prior to me finding out he was cheating. I could not file in the new state. I was not a resident yet even though I had a home, a child, a job. I had to file in the old state or wait for 6 months.
If neither plan to return to FL then AZ is the right choice to file in. Well the best thing for Jenny to do would be to snaek over the border to Utah. Utah has no fault 30 day divorces(which means as much as Bryan cried the divorce goes through) with moms favored for custody.

  5. It's very important that you marrakech song are going to go with your
Marrakech vacation. On the way to Morocco, then here are some of
the organizers and travel enthusiasts have many attractions to enjoy during their
Morocco visit. Now in 2008 I started using video in the
email, but post it on your own. This is a tradition that has been taking place for
centuries and travellers a few hundred years ago would have been treated to
the same fools who bought the subprime pools 10 years ago.
