He was also charged with issuing a bad check, which was dismissed on 08/21/08. Apparently, he paid it before it got to court.
His driver's license was suspended on 01/21/10 for a guilty plea of not having valid registration on a vehicle on 10/20/09. The last activity on that case was a collections letter sent out on 04/05/10.
I guess he had already received his Florida license by the time they suspended his Arizona one, so he decided he didn't have to pay the fines. How's that for financial responsibility? Is he someone you would trust with your retirement funds?
